Highline House was born from a simple belief: your team is what makes your house a home. Your people are the heart of your business, and when your team feels valued, supported, happy, and connected, they’re better equipped to take care of your business and your clients.

After 10 years in the hospitality industry, working with vendors, managing budgets, and bringing events to life, I realized that creating experiences for people is what I love most. Highline House is my dream and a way to bring that experience to companies by creating retreats that people will genuinely enjoy and remember.
